A valid UK delivery address must be provided when entering the draw. Our competitions are intended for UK residents only.
Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of being notified.
Winners are selected using an automated generator algorithm to ensure fairness.
Prizes will be delivered to winners free of charge.
Please note that prize images on our website are for illustration purposes only, and actual prizes may vary.

Important Entry Requirements:
Please ensure you read and agree to our terms and conditions/ service before entering, either online or by post. Entries that do not comply with the rules will not be included in the draw.
You must sign up for an account before submitting your entry. Entries submitted without an associated account will not be processed.
Your billing address must be added to your account for your entries to be valid and processed.
You must be a UK resident to enter.
Entry Limits – maximum number of entries per person, see individual competition as this may apply.
Payment Confirmation – entries are only valid once payment has been processed.
No Refunds – entry fees are non-refundable unless the raffle is canceled.
Closing Date – entries must be submitted before the draw deadline to be valid.
Fair Play – no automated/bot entries are permitted, if fraudulent play is suspected this will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
How to Enter for Free:
To enter for free, simply send an unenclosed postcard with the following details:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Full Address
- Woof Woof Win Competition #
- Answer to the Competition Question

Your postcard must be received 24hrs before the competition closes.
Only one free entry per household - per competition may be permitted.
Free entries will be equivalent to £1 worth of tickets should it be eligible.

After your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive an Order Number (Order #) via email. This serves as your ticket number and is entered into each competition the corresponding number of times based on your ticket purchases.
For example, if you buy 3 tickets for Competition A and 2 tickets for Competition B in a single order, your Order # will be entered 3 times into A and 2 times into B.
Each new order generates a new Order #, but all previous numbers remain valid for their respective draws. If you purchase additional tickets later, you may have multiple Order #s in the same draw.
All winners are chosen using a random generator algorithm to ensure fairness.
For Live Draw competitions, the live draw will be live streamed on our social media accounts at the scheduled time where the winners will be announced.
For Quick Draws, the winner(s) will be drawn within 48hrs of all tickets selling out or 30 days after the competition launches, whichever comes first. The draw will take place within 48 hours of either scenario.
All winners will be contacted directly, winners for each draw will also be announced on our social media pages for transparency.
Follow Our Socials
Each Live Draw will have a scheduled draw date and time. This will remain in place regardless if all tickets sell out or not.
Each Quick Draw will be drawn within 48hrs from one of the following scenarios taking place;
- All tickets for the competition have sold out
OR - 30 days have passed since the competition was launched (not so quick we know)
We will always reach out to potential winners via telephone during a Live Draw where and when possible, so it’s essential to provide a contact number at checkout.
If contact with the winner live is not possible, an email will be sent to confirm the win and detail the next steps for claiming the prize.
Winners of our Quick Draws will also be contacted via telephone and or via email to confirm the win and detail the next steps for claiming the prize.
All competition winners will also be announced via our social media pages for transparency.
